Check Status of your Order
You can check the status of your order in your account in the section "Orders". The status can be:
- Placed: the order is registered, confirmed, and ready for payment
- Paid: the order is paid and sent to production
- Ready: the order is ready and waits for dispatch
- Sent: the order is sent to your address
- Canceled: the order is canceled
Here you can also pay for your order by bank card, in case it is not paid.
