How to order
Account registration
Customers with a registered my Erarta account can manage their discount level, track the status of their orders, save the items in their cart when leaving the website, and view their order history. Registered users can also change the settings of their email updates, as well as save and add new delivery addresses.
To register, simply enter your email address and create a password. If you already have my Erarta account, use its details to log in at shop.erarta.com.
How to order an artwork reproduction
To order a reproduction, click on the image of the artwork of your choice. You will be redirected to its full-screen version and our special order management tool.
Please choose the following:
- material
- medium
- size
- framing options
If you would like to place a custom order, please fill out the Individual Order form. We will contact you shortly to discuss your custom order details.
Click on In Interior to view a home or office interior rendering with an artwork of your choice.
After choosing your order details, click on Add to Cart to either place your order or continue shopping.
Shopping Cart
Open your Shopping Cart to:
- check and modify your order
- change the number of items ordered
- add gift wrapping
- place a rush order (processing time 3 business days, 40% rush fee)
- enter a promo code for bonuses or discounts
- apply the registered Erarta Member/Ticket holder discount:
- 15% for Members
- 5% for Ticket and Concession Ticket holders
Please note: the discount does not apply to shipping and gift wrapping services. Rush fees are calculated using the final order total after any discounts, excluding shipping and gift wrapping charges.
To finalise your order, click on Proceed to Checkout.
Payment and Delivery
Please select your preferred payment and delivery options and proceed to payment.
The total amount due is recalculated at every step depending on the selected parameters and delivery method.
Important: if you have not created or logged in to my Erarta account, all your order details will be lost after you close your web browser.
Order production time
The standard production time is up to 7 business days (our workshop is open every day except weekends and public holidays).
Tracking your order
Log in to my orders section of my Erarta account to track your current order status or browse your order history.
Order status updates will also be sent to your email address.
